We beg to enclose copy of letter received from our Townsville House, Messrs. Burns, Philp & Co. Ltd., regarding a packet containing 33 Sovereigns which has gone astray. You will notice that our friends suggest applying to the Head Office in London, and shall feel greatly obliged if you will advise us what steps to take in order to have the matter investigated.
The correspondence referred to in the letter is in our possession and we shall be pleased to show same if necessary.
